Exchange Policy

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY HAS BEEN EXTENDED DURING LOCKDOWN. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you have Thirty Days (30) from the day you receive the products (the “Product(s)”) to return it back to us for an exchange.

You can request a one to one exchange or store credit. We do not facilitate cash refunds.

We have a one - time exchange policy. I.e. an item received in exchange cannot be further exchanged.

All exchange items should be in the original condition; Unwashed, Unworn & the internal tags intact.

Customer owns the title of exchange goods until it reaches Arienti, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care in packaging to avoid damages. 

Items purchased via our Website can be exchanged at the Arienti flagship store. We do not facilitate vice versa.

Sale/discounted items purchased online cannot be exchanged.

 

4 Step Guide to your exchange

1. Fill up the exchange request form below or Get in touch with us via our hotline, social media accounts (details mentioned below). Whichever is convenient to you.
2. A return pick up will be arranged on your behalf.
3. Once we receive goods we will approve your exchange after inspections.
4. We will place an exchange order on your behalf.
