Delivery Policy

DELIVERY LOCATION

Products offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Sri Lanka.

Deliveries will not be made to addresses comprising of P.O. Box numbers.

DELIVERY TIME

We make every effort to deliver all products in accordance with the timescales set out below. Where this is not possible, we will seek to notify you:

Within Colombo – 2-3 business days

Outside Colombo – 3-5 business days

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing and dispatching orders.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this Website). If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.

EXCHANGES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

We do not allow exchange of Products at the time of delivery. However, if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery provided the product is in its original condition and is not a sale item. Please check our exchange policy for more information here.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

TITLE AND RISK

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.
