To adjust to these difficult times & to make your Arienti experience better we have made a few changes to our policies.
Online Purchases - Exchange period is extended to 30 days from the day you receive your order.
In Store Purchases - Exchanges of items purchased on 1st March 2020 or after can be exchanged within 30 days of our store opening after the COVID-19 shut down.
In light of the current situation you may experience delivery delays as our courier partners also face numerous constraints. Therefore please allow for the following number of days for delivery:Within Colombo – 4-6 business daysOutside Colombo – 5-7 business days

Due to limited courier operations at this time, we are unable to offer the Cash On Delivery payment option for deliveries outside of Western Province (WP).
As such, if your delivery location is outside of WP, we would require you to make a Card Payment (Any Visa/Mastercard) or Bank Transfer, which is given as an option at check out. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, please notify us as instructed on the check out page.
We’ll be extending the validity period of our vouchers by 90 days (3 months) from the date of expiry. You may also also use your existing vouchers for Online purchases.
